Construction Foreman

Shield X Enterprises, LLC is hiring a
Construction Foreman in Brownsville, TX.
with a willingness to travel to other counties
in South Texas. Position requires 3 years
of experience in Residential Construction
Management. Duties include: Manage all
phases of residential construction projects,
from pre-construction planning to final
completion, including new builds, remodels,
demo and renovations. Develop, maintain,
and adjust project schedules and budgets
as needed. Manage the work of construction
crews, subs, and suppliers. Inspect
construction work to ensure compliance with
standards, codes, safety regs, and project
specs. Develop project control and reporting
procedures for scheduling, project milestones,
and safety. Responsible for ordering materials
and equipment as needed for construction
projects. Job sites located in the following
counties: Bastrop; Caldwell; Hays; Travis;
Williamson; Cameron; and Hidalgo.
