Field Supervisor

Ace Primary Home care is currently seeking highly motivated individual that is responsible for managing and supervising the placement of attendants in clients' homes, addressing client concerns, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within the Personal Home Care (PHC) program. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and referral sources while adhering to program regulations and quality assurance standards. Experience as a PHC Field Supervisor is a must.
 Responsibilities
  · Hiring process of attendants.· Supervise and support healthcare staff in the delivery of patient care services.· Addressing client concerns and inquiries.· Communicating with clients, referral sources, and doctor's offices via phone and in writing.· Performing data entry tasks related to client and program information.· Problem-solving to address issues that arise within the program.· Maintaining positive working relationships with referral sources.· Providing outstanding customer service to clients and their families.· APS reporting.· Ensuring timely completion of paperwork and compliance with program regulations.Requirements
  · Two years of PHC experience in the health care field and or 60 hours of college hours.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Positive attitude and ability to work independently.· Compassion for working with the aged and disabled.· Verifiable work history with good references.Job Types: Full-time
  Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE
 Work Location: Pharr, Tx (In office)
  Expected hours: 40 per week Monday- Friday
