1. Conduct senior-level research, formulation, and application of complex statistical and mathematical modeling and other operational mathematics techniques to develop and interpret multifaceted operational information focused on international advisory practice line, and international tax and economic incentives including tax abatements, infrastructure grants, procurement of economic incentives, tax increment financing and pricing, negotiations with international economic incentives teams that assist clients with decision making, policy formation, and other managerial functions2. Present the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to shareholders or other end users3. Perform advanced research on multifaceted international procurement incentive information, international advisory practice line, associated tax compliance and economic price point data sets for clients and examine such information to decipher what is relevant to a business necessity problem and what statistical and mathematical methods should be used to analyze it, and perform high-level validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy, and reformulate models, as necessary4. Define data requirements, and gather and validate information, applying senior-level judgment and statistical tests in order to analyze complex organizational data sets and international strategic tax planning and compliance for clients5. Formulate advanced predictive modeling and simulations based on observation of international business growth and development for clients and analyze financial and operational information obtained from clients to conceptualize and define operational problems for continuous development and growth for clients6. Compose senior-level statistical and quantitative data analysis reports and provide the results of predictive and statistical modeling as well as quantitative data analysis to shareholders in order to help the company decide how to advise its clients for their future business needs, and prepare comprehensive management reports defining and evaluating international tax compliance and economic problems while recommending solutions7. Collaborate with other senior managers in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions, and develop and apply quantitative models in order to properly plan, control, and manage future business needs of clients while educating direct reports in the use of mathematical models8. Directly supervise three (3) International Tax Consultants A Master’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Operations Research is required (a Foreign Educational Equivalent is acceptable). This position requires only little domestic travel of three to five days per month to visit client offices.
