Food Service Assistant

CYO Camp Rancho Framasa located in Nashville, IN is hiring summer season food service staff. The Food Service Assistant is responsible for assisting in the daily preparation of all meals and snacks, cleaning up after meals, and overall cleaning of the kitchen and dining hall.

Qualifications & Commitment

• Interest or training in food service, child care/development and camping. 
• Minimum age: 15
• 1 week of paid training--mandatory
• 8-12 weeks of camp in addition to the training week.
• Multiple positions available

Food Service Assistants start at $12 per hour and may choose to work full or part time. 

Food Service Assistants do not live at camp and are scheduled for either morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Specific shifts with times are listed on the application. Daily transportation to camp is required. 

Employment in the camp kitchen for the summer begins at the end of May and ends at the end of July. Specific dates will be discussed interviews. There are opportunties to begin in early May and or work through August.
